Nikunj Bhai....Tried all the varieties yesterday of this video. All the dishes came out really well and tasted very good. Really like your video, the simplicity in the preparation of the food without any exotic masala etc...all easily available. I am big fan of you.
Besan stuffing: 1. Heat oil in kadai, add jeera let it splutter. 2. Add gram flour or Besan, salt, sugar, hing, red chily powder, kitchen king masala fry it. 3. Remove from fire, add chopped coriander leaves, squeeze lemon juice. 4. Sprinkle little water and make dough stuff, keep aside. Roast: 1. Wash-clean ladies finger. 2. Roast whole bhindi directly on fire using grilled mesh, keep aside. Bhindi Stuffing: 1. Cut or Slit on one side of bhindi vertically. 2. Add Besan Stuffing inside bhindi and seal it tightly, keep aside. Tomato Gravy: Wash and clean tomatoes. 1. Heat oil in kadai add garlic pods, remove it. 2. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric, red chily powder, kitchen king masala, fry them. 3. Cook with water in low flame. * COOK THE STUFFED BHINDI IN TOMATO GRAVY UNTIL IT THICKENS.
