2:12:32 rupture of membranes at 36 weeks ,so GBS prophylaxis should be added to answer.

2:14:58 Answer should b 4 weeks Two documented viral loads are not there Guideline has used the word "and" , not "or" So 2 documented viral loads is a must If all three conditions not met, then it is low risk which needs 4 week therapy Plz explain if um wrong
