Ingredients:
Bhola machh,
Salt,
Half teaspoon turmeric powder,
marinate bhola fish with this ingredients.
Mustard oil,
2tablespoon mustard seeds,
Green chillies,
2 tomatoes
salt as per taste,
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder,
Coriander leaves,
black cumin seeds.
Process:
Take a kadai and add mustard oil in it.
Heat the oil and fry all the fishes.
Add small amount of black cumin seeds.
Paste the mustard seeds and coriander leaves, and green chillies.
Paste the tomatoes.
Add the pasted tomatoes
Add the pasted mustard seeds
Add salt and turmeric powder.
Add water and cook it.
Add the coriander paste.
Cook it for 2 mins.
Bhola machher jhal is ready to serve.
