Tera Mera Rishta Purana and Toh Phir Aao both are legendary compositions of Zahid's band Roxen. They were adapted in the movie Awarapan (2007) and hands down, they're the best songs of him along with this one and Hum jee lenge (Murder 3), which is also an adaptation of a song composed by Roxen.
Aashiqui 2 songs will always have a special place in my heart because of my ex. The songs were released at a time when we were having a very emotional relationship at a tender age. Still I think of her whenever I listen to those songs.

I am not offending here anyone but Mustafa Zahid deserve more than Atif Aslam ,his voice is so much soulful and suit for painful song especially and he is so underrated,he could get more songs but unfortunately he couldn't, react on his more songs like Teri yaadon se doori ,Maine khud ko de Diya tujhko , To phir Aao ,Tera mera Rishta , Yeh junoon Mera ,Hum jee lenge and Mustafa Zahid can sing really very well high pitched songs ,he is damn good especially in every Pakistani singer

I watched the movie and cried for days..... it's that painful, I never watched it again. I don't wanna get bitter sadness that doesn't leave easily . I'll never watch it for sure.
The song is mindblowing but when you listen the song along with the movie even a man with solid rock heart will cry in emotions ... I remember ididnt cried for 4 years before that ( i cried but within myself not letting anyone knew i was crying ) When i was watching the movie with my brother i failed to hold my tears and burst out of emotions ... Mustafa Zahid is so good with sad songs but I'll be honest I have seen many videos of his live performance but idk why he always sings off scale snd wrong notes in live performance.....but anyways his studio songs are so good......and he has so powerful voice and can hit high notes easily
