The government of Bhutan is celebrating the Wangchuk dynasty's centenary rule and the coronation of the 5th king. It has self declared as a democratic nation while at the same time not allowing to repatriate 130000 ethnic minority Lhotshampas who were forcibly exiled by the same government since 1990.
