Yes, absolutely our capital city is very expensive, than others district in Bhutan. but you are lucky that you got rental at 12,350k for 2bhk..here in Phuentsholing even we can't get house below rental at 11,000k for 1bhk 😢 forget about getting 2bhk and 3bhk rental house in Pling dear...but other expenses like taxi fare is 😨😱😢... Thimphu and Pling is same... just few goods and product and clothes is cheaper than Thimphu... here in Pling...but overall regarding house rent...i guess Thimphu is cheaper than Pling..that rental also very difficult to get anwz.. thanks for good research and sharing your experience about Thimphu sarda🙏...
