I was there too and it was very electric when Gabi won. I'm from Los Angeles, and I compared it to like being in an Earthquake, the fans were really making the ground shake!!! I had tickets for this weekend too and I am sure it would have been great when Marketa finished with bronze...it's very unfortunate that this Coronavirus situation has closed the stands to spectators
To get a win at home is not easy especially with that crowd. The best fans in the biathlon world are in Nove Mesto. Gabriela Koukalova to perform how she did was fantastic. Women's biathlon is the best sport there is.
I was there and ya it was one of the best moments in my life when Gabi crossed the finish line like the first. Iam sad that she isnt in the worldcup now but thanks for all these memories💪🏻💖🇨🇿 we are missing u, Gabi💖😭😭
