In this first episode I walk from Kalamunda in the Perth Hills to Dwellingup, along the world famous Bibbulmun Track . This is my "detox" from defence and all the years I spent serving this country.

I'v currently just been medically discharged from the Australian Defence Force, and have been for the past 25 years. As I start this RU-vid channel I have completed an unplanned and surprising medical separation from the ADF, due to a multitude of service related injuries.
After to lossing 12 close friends to suicide! all within 3 years, all from emergency services background, I want to bring awerness to the "Black Dog" that high profile occupations deal with, once they leave that career. They dont have that "community" they once had.I have come to release this is all a common dominator from professions that deal with high risk.
