こんにちは皆さん! I am starting a new Bible series where I help translate popular proverbs in the Bible into Japanese. I hope you enjoy learning with me.
Today's Proverb:
主を恐れることは知識の初めである、愚か者は知恵と訓戒をさげすむ
The Fear of the Lord, is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
Let me know if you have a favorite Proverb, Psalm, or verse in the bible and I'll try to teach it in Japanese.

Proverbs is pronounced Shingen: 箴言,しんげん sorry I should have said that in the video lol. I hope this helps!

I would love the japanese version of Proverbs, chapter 23, verse 26. Thank you for all your help! I love the Japanese language and culture.If it weren't for the kanji , I would have improved my reading long ago....😄But it's worth it. Ganbatte!

どういたしまして！I am using the NIV version. It's not my most preferred version but it was gifted to me because of my Love of Japanese 🥰 I do need to make more 😭😩

Hi Adrian, the Bible that I used in my video was given to me as a gift so I don’t know where it was purchased. You should try Amazon.com, Christian books.com or EBay.com and see if they have any
