Hi I’ve learned through my walk with Christ that the commandments are not for us to see how good we are and at keeping them, but to remind us how often we fall short of God’s glory and how much we need of God’s grace through His son Jesus who died in the cross and took the death and punishment we deserved

The verse about relationships struck me. Because I’ve always thought partners will be reunited. But if relationships are different it made me wonder if they are all different like will my mom still be my mom, my son still be my son?

Thank you for the commentary. Would rather you use King James Version. Compare in the same chapter what is omitted from the NIV when Philip catches up to the chariot and is later translated.

I have been loving your videos and have a genuine question. I don't think Jesus means paying taxes is the right thing because earlier in Matthew he tells Peter the the people of the Lord are exempt from takes but at that moment there are way more important things to be dealed with.
