Actually, did not Jacob work 14yrs to marry Racheal. The first seven years Jacob was tricked by Laban into marrying Leah. He therefore had to work another seven years to marry Racheal. It was a total of 14yrs.
I LOVE THIS TYPE BIBLE QUIZ! tHANK YOU VERY MUCH & GOD BLESS YOU.. I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THOUGH THAT GOD DID INDEED TALK TO MOSES AT THE BURNING BUSH ABOUT DELIVERING HIS PEOPLE FROM EGYPT....ALSO IT WAS CORRECT THAT JACOB AT FIRST WORK 7 YEARS FOR RACHEL TO BECOME HIS WIFE,,THEN HE WORKED ANOTHER 7 TO HAVE HER A TOTAL OF 14 YEARS.
I missed two, and noticed you stated that the fruit eaten by Adam and Eve as being an apple--it is not specifically designated exactly which fruit it was.
Initially, God told Moses to tell Pharaoh to allow the Israelites to leave Egypt. Then Moses complained that he couldn't speak well. God then told him to get his brother Aaron to speak for him.
Love it. What a Book,Hein!!!! The Bible. So much Wisdom. So much History. Yet, we are not heeding. We are so Arrogant. Lord, forgive us our Sins.Grant us Peace. And May we tread the Narrow Path. Only in old age one realises the Verity in Books such as The Bible,The Quran , The Bhagavat Gita and the Vision and Mission Statements in the Big MultiNationals whose Bellies feed on maggoty Profits at the expense of the poor, poorer and poorest.
Keep strictly to the scripture, and state specifically where the supporting scripture is found! Jacob actually worked 14 years for Rachel. Jacob agreed to work for Rachel's father, Laban, for 7 years, but after being deceived, he agreed to work another 7 years for Rachel. In total, Jacob worked 14 years. Genesis 29:15-30 Initially, God told Moses to go and speak to the Pharoh, and when Moses balked at the idea, God relented and allowed Aaron to go with Moses and be Moses spokesperson.Exodus 4:14-16 Jesus and disciples were celebrating the festival of unleavened bread, or as we know it, Passover, when he was betrayed by Judas. Matthew 26:15-25. There were more than one blind man healed by Jesus. In one gospel, Jesus spits on the man's eyes, in another, Jesus spits on some dirt and spreads the mud over the man's eyes, and in another Jesus merely speaks and the man receives healing. Could be the same story told differently by different people or could be totally different stories. I'm sure back in that day, there were plenty of different people seeking Jesus to heal them. I would have!
John 19:30 states Jesus saying "it is finished, and he gave up the ghost". This runs contrary to your answer of Luke 23:46 "Father into your hands I commit my spirit"
Wrong. Jacob worked fourteen years to marry Racheal. The first seven years Jacob worked believing that he would marry Racheal. Labon tricked Jacob into marrying Leah, therefore Jacob had to work another seven years in order to marry Racheal. So the Jacoy worked a total of fourteen years in order to marry Racheal.
@@anonymousanonymous9680 I just learned it from reading the Bible. I also learned we should never add or take away anything from it because there is a punishment if we do. Thank you Anonymous Anonymous.
Jesus respects and honors heart devotion not just head knowledge. Your faith needs to exceed that of the scribes and Pharases who were interested only in the letter of the law not the spirit of the law. Fear not, brother Dylan. King Jesus understands and loves all who forsake sinful lifestyles and practices, believe in His saving grace, love and follow Him. See you at the marriage supper when King Jesus calls us home.
And what did Jesus say when he reiterated the ten commandments which one did he omit!? "Remember the Sabbath to keep it holy" This proves that seventh-day Adventist don't know what they're talking about!
Little heads up. There is NO mention of an "apple" in Genesis. ZERO... nope... You miss the complexity of the story entirely... They "ate" of the "fruit of the KNOWLEDGE of good and evil"... It's a metaphor. Obviously.
You asked if God created man on the fifth day. I said false. You said that was true. Then underneath you said God created man on the 6th day. So the correct answer was false.
