This was good! In my 7 years of marriage, I've found that I never knew what it means to be biblically submissive and thought I was doing a good job but God showed me that I was comparing myself to the world. Now I'm learning and began to apply it into my marriage.

About the modern views: the equality-thought came from marxism, today spread in neo-marxism in many ways in the western societies. I suggest people who do not know, what and who Karl Marx worshipped to read his poems and letters, he worshipped the opponent of GOD. Also his life and that of his children is interesting and you can see, what fruit that tree bore. Equally precious every man and women - yes but they are not equal, they are different and in that lies so much beauty. Also imho it takes 2 to tango. But one takes the lead. Literally. If I chose a man to lead me and our family, he must be a good man, who has no violent tendencies nor arrogance. I also recommend the audiobook How the sp cter of comm nism rules the world. Last time I listened, it was free on their website. The chapter on the destruction of the family is an eye-opener about what we had done to us and how it affects the western world and our families today. It is all about teamwork, life is hard enough, if hubby is trying to control the ship, no matter the weather, I will not discuss or grab the steering wheel. Because we are a team, cooperation is lifesaving for everyone on board. But everyone has their own thoughts and experiences about this.

Wisdom has become my strength over (action never exposed before)powerful weaknesses before union. Alot of valuable scripture Eccl.
