hey doc I had a random question - sometimes when I use my massage ball on my aggravated shoulder it leaves bruises the next day. Is that normal? Or I’m going too hard? Thanks for all the help

A little bruising the next day is not uncommon. If it’s really sore the next day, go a little easier on it with the ball. Good luck!

If my biceps tendonitis is really flared up I actually do more after training.

Hey Dr. Joe, one question: Where would you hear and feel clicking if you sprained ac joint? I have clicking in the back side of my shoulder and i don’t know what it is. It’s not painful but i would prefer to solve that somehow. Thank you

You would feel/hear the click right on top at the AC joint. I have a video on shoulder "clicking" you might want to watch also. Good luck!

What to do if it happens at elbow but during workout not before it or after, how do i train?, I know you had a video about it but that doesn't answer my queries

If you suffer an injury while training, you need to stop whatever exercise you are performing.

Hello sir. I have inward movement limitation. What do you recommend? Sometimes it's less uncomfortable, sometimes more.

So you are restricted in internal rotation. If so, check out a video I have on the teres minor and infraspinatus. I also have a couple full length videos on biceps tendonitis. Good luck!
