Thank you. I love living in my camper. The base frame is steel welded together, but the walls and roof are aluminum with drawer brackets and rivets.

And have the rivits workes good for your ride quality?

Yes. 60 mph winds blew my camper upside down but the camper is solid.

I made the trailer legs. Brackets are made of 1 1/4" square steel tubing with a hole drilled with a nut welded to it. I used a bolt with a wing nut I welded together. I first used muriatic acid to remove the zinc coating to avoid caustic gases when welding. The actual legs are 1" square aluminum with holes drilled in them for adjustability. Hope this answers your questions.

Screws with proper lock washers and tightness do Not come loose, and are more powerful than rivets. Fact.
