Man awesome work! I seen this years ago! Pop rivits actualy hold that close as welds for aluminum like that? If so amazing!!! Its like thiers always other kind surprises with this work! I've done alot of pop riviting and this still shocks me!!!!
I made the trailer legs. Brackets are made of 1 1/4" square steel tubing with a hole drilled with a nut welded to it. I used a bolt with a wing nut I welded together. I first used muriatic acid to remove the zinc coating to avoid caustic gases when welding. The actual legs are 1" square aluminum with holes drilled in them for adjustability.
