Felons can leave the country it's just up to that country if they choose to allow you in or not. Also that "felony" is the weakest case I've ever seen and it was rigged by a biden supporting judge and we still don't know what the crime was that made it a felony to begin with and the statue of limitations was expired. This is why it hasn't really deterred anyone for voting for him (it actually backfired spectacularly and he's more popular than ever because of it).
