This, hopefully, serves to remind those struggling to remember all that for which our great country stands, we are a diverse nation of immigrants, colors, and cultures. All of which contribute to our achievements. Some of America's greatest successes have occurred only through the intelligence, imagination, and efforts of our citizens of color. It is past time to stamp out the malignancy of white nationalism given new momentum and quasi-legitimacy by the Trump Tumor. That is NOT who we are as a nation. Do we really want to revert to the embarrassingly shameful and hypocritical travesty that was the antebellum south? Do not allow the ignorant bigots to overwhelm all the good our coutry does and is. Moreover, let's oust those of that mentality from our government and replace them with people who have the best interests of ALL our current and future citizenry as their first priority.
