President Biden is strongly denouncing an effort by the International Criminal Court to seek arrest warrants for top Israeli and Hamas leaders on war crime charges stemming from the war in Gaza.
President Biden called the decision outrageous and also condemned those who accuse Israel of engaging in genocide. The president said Monday that "there's no equivalence between Israel and Hamas," contrary to the allegations from the ICC.

In theory, but not in reality. Hillary Clinton is above the law. Barack Obama is above the law. Joe Biden is above the law. Joe's DOJ, FBI, CIA, etc, etc are all above the law. So, so many have been permitted to be above the law. Even today, in courts throughout the U.S., judges are activists, not abiding by law. So, please tell me again that no one is above the law...because that's just not true.
