Most all government programs are run by oversight committees, who are non-elected officials who are related to somebody in Congress or the Senate or somebody that has connections they get a minimum of 250,000 a year plus they can hire people to work for them for 150 to 200,000 a year Usually between three and10 people Of course, they will do whatever to keep their jobs they don’t wanna work in the real world.
