MIMS, as a retired Black physician, as Biden walked out on the stage for the recent debate, my exact thought was "Houston we have a problem". I knew we were witnessing the beginning stages of a debilitating disease, be it Parkinson's or Alzheimer's disease. I began thinking that if Biden stayed in the race and won, it would not be long before he would have to step down and Kamala would have to assume the position of POUS. For those who say they would never vote for a female to be president ,let alone be it a Black female, the question I would ask is "Would you feel comfortable with Trump being the President? If Kamala is selected as the Democratic candidate, would you not vote at all?" Not to vote is a vote for Trump. Like you MIMS, I am very nervous. I was born in Texas in 1944 and grew up in Texas. I do have stories to tell. I am not so concerned for myself but for you younger guys. I have a daughter and 2 grand daughters who live in Inglewood, CA. We had a better economy under Trump. We did not have to be concerned about our boys and girls being drafted for a war that's coming. No new wars under Trump he ended them. One note to make, we live in a Republic which is different from a Democracy, best way to describe it is…the Electoral college = Republic. Popular Vote = Democracy. We elect presidents by the electoral process. It’s kind of a hybrid but not a true democracy

This is my personal opinion. We are in a world of trouble I feel this way because we are in our last day's. Its not about him dropping out but who all is in the running and how this came to be to me its like it was all part of the plan. All I can do is pray for us all. I hope to have all grandkids passports in time. Taxes are sky high the housing market is a complet joke. HOA fees in most places have damn near surpassed rent and mortgage. The job market isn't improving and this country isn't set up for our people. The thought of being up under dictatorship isn't what I want for my family. I've been preparing myself to leave the country within the next two months because I feel that unsafe here for what's to come.
I will say under President Trump I made over $300k as a Black woman no degree. Under Biden, I lost my job and have been somewhat struggling. If it wasn't for my savings 😒 I wouldn't have made it. Thank God I recently had numerous job offers which I can now begin to get back on my feet. I honestly feel like the job market is getting better because these large corporations KNOW Trump will be President! I hate to say it but from my personal experience I was better off financially under Trump. That's who I will be voting for. Vote based on knowledge and research and facts and how it affects you and your family!❤

I used to have a discussion w/my mom about history. That's my favorite subject, I was telling her I want to be able to say I lived through major incidents, like our grandparents. She reminded me about ALL the various historical events. My dad used to tell me to enjoy the time I had as a child because when you hit 21, the time is going to fly. He told NO LIES. I am 46, when I sat back and actually thought about it. I don't know. All I do is suggest you pray. At this point, only Jehovah God can step in. The tension is SO thick. I was watching MSNBC when the news came over. It was as if something happened. I felt so hurt for him I am so sure that this was difficult for him . This is a Man 1st. Husband,father. Grandfather . The way that they were allegedly all seemingly turning on him Was humiliating for viewers it showed a lack of humility out in public. He had enough scutiny coming from the other side. No matter how that other one displays behavior you dont see or hear them coming for him. Non the less, id vote for Biden if he got to the point that he forgot his name before anything else.
