There may or may not be any specific thing wrong with him. Dude's old and, yeah, he was clearly sick and exhausted at the debate (his throat sounded so sore). Definitely more off than usual. Not if local election officials are election deniers and refuse to certify, thereby throwing their state into confusion and tossing it to the legislative bodies to decide.
