Bifilar coils pulsed with a Joule thief circuit results in a high voltage impulse generator

Reminded me of something i saw years ago.a big donut coil,with another wrapped around it,with a electrostatic field applied between the two coils.i always wished i had built it,it might have key to time travel??😀

So would the inductance from the Transformer created when arranging the coils in a manner create an R-C timing circuit, and the coil differences create the voltage increase? Possibly amplified by the MOSFET? Just trying to make some sense of this. Would putting the output the DC power supply through a Pulse Width Modulation circuit change the output to further spaced impulses? Thank you very much for this use case video by the way!

Tesla gives his explanation on why you dont get shocked. The human ear can detect sound vibrations between 20hz and 20khz. The human nervous system can feel electrical vibration in a similar way. Are brain decodes them as pain. Electrical vibrations at higher frequencies do not harm the human body. If you look at 8 circuits left to medical community to heal the human body, they all operate at these high frequencies.An example is the stout bar circuit.
