A lot of places including churches have a backpack drive or backpack ministry. They get a list of needs per grade from local schools. You can select a girl or boy. Then you go out and get the supplies on the list along with a backpack. Most places also take donations of the supplies needed and they will fill the backpack. This is something you could do with a Mikah. We have a small church and have filled over 150 backpacks, so you could get your school supply fix and help families in need.

I found one of the Dream Walls books at ours but it was Wanderlust. The pictures were all creamy colored which matched the boho vibe of my office at work. Then I found plastic frames that look woven, added a little darker paint to it to bring the detail and they work perfect.

I only found 3 of those dream books still on the hunt I believe there like 7 different ones good vibes, desert styles, ocean get away, wanderlust, island paradise, woodland forest, flower market so I still need 4 thought about buying them somewhere else but the price is the problem I dont want waste money if I can find them eventually

I too am struggling with the fact that my only child is starting to become grown and it's becoming time for him to move out onto his own and I don't have a significant other and it's just me and the only two friends that I have live out of state and it's just really a lonely experience and you feel like you're missing out on stuff that maybe your other friends are even doing because they have little ones and you just miss all those little things. Also funny that I bought some of the same glow bracelets when I went to the Dollar tree and it didn't make any sense to me either but I still did it.

Good to see Loki is feeling better! 🐾🐾🙏 Spread your coconut on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and toast it in your oven at 350° check it every minute or so give it a stir so it evenly browns to the color you like. The parchment paper isn't absolutely necessary but does make it easier to transfer to your storage container when it's done 😊

I love back to school supplies and my kids are grown! Luckily I have a granddaughter who will be going to kindergarten next year. How do you use the clings in your junk journals? How do you get them to stick to the paper and how do you use the fabric? So happy to hear Loki is doing well!

Hey, the Scrub Free products are great (yes, let them sit a minute or two)! Toast your coconut on the stove top, stirring and that way you can see the browness( is that even a word?) you want. I brown a lot of coconut, hubby’s favorite cake. Glad Loki is home and doing well. And if you really miss buying school clothes and supplies ~ I got a couple Grandbabies 😅😅

Dollar tree has those collage wall pictures but smaller. There were like 4 different kinds. The size was like 4x4 or a little smaller. They are so pretty. In my store they had them by checkout on top of the soda fridges

When you mentioned candles blowing up, I remember in the early 2000’s, I bought some cheap candles, and left one burning when I went to bed. I woke to crackling sounds, and saw sparks coming from the candle. They could have come from Dollar Tree, but not sure. It was a little scary when I thought about it. I’m just glad a spark didn’t land someplace flammable. Anyway, I enjoy your hauls!
