I like this house better than the new one. The new one looks too medicinal & not warm as there’s too much white, glass & chrome instead of warm colors. But the stairs here were not good because as you age, they become a risk. And Suzanne ultimately revealed there was actually no railing at the stairs-and she fell not just once, but twice. Never heard of a staircase without a bannister or railing but I really wish they would have put one in. All that added to her health problems which is such a shame. RIP dear lady-I will really miss these livestreams but I’ll be watching the reruns from time to time. I’m sure Caroline, Bruce & their Daughters will carry on effectively with the business Suzanne started. Leslie, Alan’s Daughter, also participated in the videos so between the entire Family, they will carry on. Prayers for Alan as this will be more than hard for him. Prayers for the entire Family. 🙏

@revrotunda3206. I’m shocked that there was no railing on their staircase at the new home. Alan was supposedly holding her hand while going down the stairs. Poor Suzanne broke her neck. I found the whole thing disturbing. I also didn’t like the new home either. Very cold with too much glass and metal. I learned so much from Suzanne about our female bodies and bio identical hormones. Such a generous woman. I’m missing her already. She was such a wonderful friend to us women. I’ve never had a mother, sister or friend like Suzanne. I wonder how much that fall really contributed to her death that we are not being told. Ty so much for sharing ur thoughts. God bless you.

@@marycad1160 Ur post is very interesting and valid. For whatever reason I have doubts of what really ended her life. My gut tells me something is amiss. I hope the truth comes out. In my humble opinion Alan is very intrusive on the podcasts. I wanted to just listen to Suzanne without interruption. The constant banter on her podcasts caused me to tune out. Especially on the cooking shows.

@@marycad1160They we’re coming out of their bedroom to the outside of their house. It was an outside stone staircase, she talked about it many times! I doubt Alan had been drinking. That was at 5 pm everyday that they had tequila.

I can tell. They are such a loving couple. My heart is breaking. At her passing. She even still has that young like voice. Just by listening to this video here. She still sounds young. Does not sound like an older person. And she looks good too. And I can tell he loves her so much. And that food sounds good. Big Al’s hotdogs. Man, I wouldn’t mind trying that. You can tell that they are enjoying the food. And most definitely you could just Company. My heart breaks for you Alan Hammel. I am so sorry for your loss. Suzanne Summers was a beautiful lady inside and outside. Which so much knowledge on health, and care, and just all the way around a good woman. She will be missed so much. Rest in peace our beautiful princess. In heaven above. Say hello to my mom. And your fellow cast mates. John Ritter. Audra Lindley. Ann Wedgeworth. Dan and Norman fell. I keep thinking that he’s so nice to her because she’s his meal ticket. He’s lived off her ever since he met her. She’s always been the main bread winner and Al has been her manager. I keep thinking she would still bring in the money even if there was no Al. She writes the books and she thinks of the products. Or does he think of the products? Nasal Renew? I’ve been working in the medical field for 47 years and I’ve never heard of probiotics for the nasal tract. Come on……

I know this was 3 years ago and Suzanne has since passed, but lately I haven’t been able to get enough of these podcasts. I learn so much! I laugh! I enjoy your family dynamics, the love you share, all the products, the teaching moments- the food- it’s all so good. Suzanne was such a light. Grace and peace to you as you learn to live without her.

I miss Suzanne already. I loved her since I was about 19 watching Threes Company. She was exactly what you see . I wish I would have met her in real life. Someday I hope I get to meet her in heaven. She’s so sincere . Both you and her made the best couple and I loved your shows. Keep your faith stay strong. Grieving is so hard. But glad your family is with you. And Suzanne is with you always.

Mexican coke is sold in most supermarkets. Usually in a six pack. It will say made in Mexico.,it has the real sugar and no High fructose Corn Syrup❤

I am not subscribed to this channel but it just came up on my main page. I didn't click immediately so I saw the closed captioning and read it. Saw the name Natalie go by several times. Then she talked about the song Our Love is Here to Stay. My mother, who died when I was 12, used to sing that to me and we would sing it together. And, My mother 's name was Natalie. Now, recently I posted a comment on a NYT obituary that poured out of me and took me by surprise at its heartfelt nature. I commented in essence that she inspired me with her need to participate in her own health care and that she "beat the devil" in that regard. And now here is this video smack dab in front of me with clues: the song and Natalie. I would like to think that this is Suzanne saying "I read what you wrote".

I actually loved best of all their house that burned down in a fire. So did Suzanne. It was rustic & really gorgeous. The kitchen was beautiful with neat tile. Too bad they couldn't have built a similar one.

Just buy Udi's Gluten Free Bread, & use that instead of the rolls. Since you're flattening out the roll anyway, it's similar to using the flat regular bread anyway.

It’s very simple why there’s now HFCS in all commercial soda pops sold in America-it’s far cheaper for them to use it instead of real cane sugar. They still want to make money at our health expense. This has essentially changed the formulas of the soda pops but unbeknownst to the people at large as when this formula changed, it was insidious so most were not aware of it. Just like when the crops became genitically engineered, people were unaware of that. People are now paying attention because of the awareness. HFCS is outlawed in Mexico & probably elsewhere yet America is deeming it safe but it’s not. The same thing with diet soda pop that contains aspartame, sucralose-these are brain killers/neurotoxins that should be avoided. It’s very disappointing to not have name brands of ginger ale, for example, in consumption as I haven’t seen ginger ale in a throwback cane sugar glass bottle so far. And other flavors like 7up are not always available in a throwback cane sugar bottle. Sierra Mist is the only commercial brand of lemon lime 7up type soda that does not contain HFCS. But they’ve taken it away once already & brought it back so I don’t know if it’s still available. All about making money giving us non quality products at our health expense.

Speaking of guts, I would have scraped off the black char on the buns the way you have to do that on toast alot of times. That would make me belch & it doesn’t taste good either. That’s why I can’t eat charred food on the BBQ grill anymore. Getting too old for that. Otherwise, looks like a good hot dog recipe but my favorite dogs are steamed & onions are a must w/the mustard for me.

I was skeptical when I saw Al cook hotdogs this way but decided to try myself. I use a panini press for the bun and the weiner and honestly I love hotdogs this way.

The clams are wheat gluten allergy are related to the wheat not being dry enough and mold spore gets on the wheat seed and then being milled for bread !

Suzanne was in pain most of her days. She bragged that she could handle the pain, but you can tell she could not. I take pain medication for my joint pain and don’t mind telling about it. If I’m in pain anytime of day, I don’t drown it with alcohol, I take pain meds. They drink too much and that’s why they fell. I read that Al started to fall and grabbed hold of her and they both went down.
