My ranking: 1. Cricket 22 The best Cricket game in terms of Batting bowling & Career mode and you don't need a controller to play it you can play it with a keyboard also which is a big deal for most of the gamers which no one talks about. 2. Ashes 17 Ofc very realistic and engaging game 3. Cricket 19 Because of the Fluid game mechanics and graphics 4. DBC 14 G.O.A.T Cricket game but now it feels like outdated 5. DBC 17 & Cricket 24 [ It will take place of C22 after 6 months but for now nehhh! ]
I agree that Ashes 17 is the best. However, I don't want to bring DBC 14 into the comparison. It is G.O.A.T. because as you rightly mentioned, a perfect game came out of nowhere. After Cricket 2007, for about 7 years there were no new cricket game and DBC 14 was like a blessing. As you said, all the cricket fans might be still wondering how they made such a great game at that point of time.
Couldn't agree more...Damn! Ashes 17 is so much addictive. Yesterday I played a complete test match between Aus vs Eng it is so much addictive! I didn't move for 5-6 hours long. And as per your recommendation I increased the on-Field volume to full. I can listen the beautiful sound of front or back foot defense, and it is so soulful. I have been a fan of test cricket since childhood. I am completely experiencing good old test cricket with Ashes 17. Just want Rahul Dravid in squad it would have been more fun then!😅
Got Ashes17 based on your prev recommendation & after only playing cricket games on IPad before this, I’m blown away by the realistic gameplay. Totally addicted.

Don bradman 17 after few patches was really really good... When i started playing that game.... I absolutely hated it... But i still feel its one of the most competitive game in the series... Can't pick it over any other game though... Also you put Cricket 19 at 5... Backlash incoming
Ashes cricket 17 is closest to real life cricket i agree only if they add real faces and more bowling actions it looks 👍 but still there is no other game near to it

hello! does anyone know why my cricket 24 is not updating. It's like how it was when I first bought it. No new score hud, not better ai, nothing. I am on Xbox 1. I tried manually updating, but it said that there was no update needed.

The latest teams thing will hurt because I want to simulate my own international cricket team's journey. But holy crap this is game is good and it runs well too.
I though have different opinion. The thing what you say that ground shot can go for 4 very easily or with perfect time is good for even more detail, slow paced game which I like. It's not like bazeball or t20 style batting you have to work hard for Every run and become a runner like Virat.😂 Although it is not hardest game like ashes cricket 17 . Now for Ashes cricket 17, I faced issues with batting. Some shots are awkward and make no sense in real time so they don't show the replay so that you never know what the hell happened 😂. Some time I like mini game in fielding and some time not. Commentary, some bugs, flat turf and lighting in some stadium even though it is good than dbc 17. Dbc 14 is something in which I don't face bugs. Batting is good with 360 sensible shots . Scoop is like Surya. Graphic is good. Other games cricket 19, cricket 22&24 I haven't played so my ranking: 1. Dbc 14 2. Dbc 17 3. Ashes cricket 17 N.B: I don't like bowling in any of the game that much. I am not a big fan of Classic control in dbc 14 and 17 . I like more 17 easy standard control. If there is less bugs I faced on ashes 17 than dbc 17 than I think Ashes 17 is good but every time I play it has some problem. And one more think people say cricket 19 has cartoon character but ashes 17 also has the same characteristics. Dbc 17 character I prefer them somehow.
2:55 , What do you think now about cricket 24? Does it goes above the list or down ? For me it is still there , as there are many glitches still , even in cricket 22 there are many glitches..
