Charles made a really good point about using lighter weights on smaller muscles so you can focus more on form and ultimately better results. Great video man!
Hey Troyman! I used to workout in Golds with Charles, back in the 90s. The greatest times ever! I love your videos . Oh I am from Austria Vienna . You even got followers there now!
All exercises are very excellent and brilliant bro doing the arms workout and keep it up and keep going hard and keep moving forward and stay safe and stay healthy and be positive and happy always bro
Hey Troy, what’s your advice on switching up your gym regiment? I’ve been doing full body everyday for the past 9 months and I feel like I’ve hit a plateau for muscle growth. What regiment do you recommend I transition to?
Great to see Charles Glass teaching. So gentle and encouraging, so full of knowledge, old and new. I can only dream of having a lesson with him. I'm envious of you Troy.
I am a 77 year old master trainer and I live in Ocala Florida and I still train all the teenagers and the young guys. I played college football for the gators and I love Charles glass. His programs are excellent and I still have 181/2 arms at my age incarms at my age.
Good stuff! I did this workout yesterday going off your past videos. I start every arm workout with light superset cable rope (40-50lbs) 100 reps for bis and tris. Arms are full of blood then did your/this exact workout. Today my arms are full/pumped and some DOMS setting in. Love it man! Thanks for sharing!
@@SuperhumanTroy thanks Troy! Try my light superset 100 rep warm up for your next arm workout. 30-50lbs depending on the machine brand with nice controlled reps. Do cable rope press downs for 25-30 reps, drop the pulley to the bottom of the rail, do 25-30 curls, then raise it back up again. Once you hit 100 through the rotation you're ready. Your arms will feel phenomenal going into your working sets. I'll do this for shoulders too using a 5lb plate or dumbbell. Laterally, front raise, slightly bent over for rear delts until 100 reps is reached. My arm and shoulder workouts have been so much better with all that blood present going into my working sets.
The third Triceps exercise looked legit, haven't seen that variation before. If you don't have access to a machine like that what are some alternatives? Born and raised Michigan!
@@SuperhumanTroy you were born in USA or LT?Thats why you have good genetics and disposition to power sports, its not bragging or racism, its proven fact nordic people are stronger.but most importantly you are humble and good person.
@@SuperhumanTroy technically yes, but we’re close to the Gulf of Mexico and below sea level, so we’re prone to flooding especially during hurricane season
one of these exercises I heard Charles count to 12…. Hard for me to understand 12 reps with sets (on each machine)in the teens. I gotta be missing something.
