Big Ass Fan.... How I installed a 12 foot fan 

I installed in my pole barn with 13 foot 6 inch walls with A frame wood rafters. Looks good and moves a lot of air to keep the air fresh and cooler. I did it by myself with the help of a scissor lift, The fan motor is heavy. need help if not using a lift., will take a few days to make bracket for fan to hang from, hang the fan and wire it up.
