Welcome to season eight of Big Bear Weather and More. I now have the most incredible beanies. These are made out of 100% fine Merino wool with a leather patch with the logo for this channel. At Nordstrom's or Macy's you're not gonna pay anything less than 250 for these beanies. I'm able to get everyone hooked up with the best quality on the market for the best price on the market I just want everyone to have a piece of this channel and it would help me out as well.
This is for the winter season 2022/2023. I am so excited for this winter I am expecting a lot of snow. I'm looking forward to all the interactions with all of you and especially looking forward to this upcoming season with my new wife. What a beautiful thing.

@@jsnjcnt damn bro I thought you guys would be in the 90s today because we are at 64° where I’m at in big bear Well, that’s literally the perfect temperature. That’s what I grew up with in Newport Beach because I grew up right on the water that ocean breeze that was always prevalent. Literally kept the temperature out like a steady 70° always and I can’t express to you enough how literally just driving a half a mile inland just to fashion Island, which as the crow flies it’s about a half a mile from the water the temperature will be 10° warmer so what I grew up I was very fortunate , ridiculously fortunate But anyway, Jason, I really hope to get to meet you. I really hope you give me that honor. I know you’ve already done enough for me bro, but having you in my life has been something special. I really love you a lot man getting to hang out with you on the live feeds has been wonderful . You really are a really good person to have in my life and I just want you know that I am always gonna be here for you don’t ever hesitate. If you need anything bro, I will always do my best.

Such a fun day at the Big Bear Zoo! As many times as I have been up in Big Bear I did not even know that there was a zoo! I love how the animals came up to you two as if they knew they were on camera lol especially the Grizzly bears. That was so cool!

I remember seeing these Grizzlies when I lived up there. It was a brother or sister and their mother. There used to be a big tall tree in their compound and they would climb way up there. These bears were troublemakers. And that's not good for them. They're lucky to be alive in Big Bear Zoo, unfortunately the mother died in 2024. I wasn't able to be as close as you were to them. They are truly awesome animals!

Would be cool to have a dozen wireless webcams set up in the huts and tunnel logs, where visitors could watch the creatures live and close up from their cellphones. I visited a zoo in Big Bear in 2010 I think. I don’t know if this is a new one or if it’s the same zoo. It was a special “after dark” event that my family really enjoyed. I’ll have to get up there again.

Hey Tom. It’s the new zoo. This zoo has been open for close to 3 years I think. I went to the other zoo the one that you went to kind of prefer the other one. It was just more of a zoo type of a feeling. But this one was still really nice if you come up here it’s only 15 bucks

Do you know what Conrad it’s been fun doing it it really has. I never thought I would veer way from doing strictly weather, but that’s why I’ve added the and more just in case. And next week I’m staying at Apple’s bed and breakfast for a couple nights. We rented a really nice room there to put on the channel and I’m doing an interview at Captains Anchorage Restaurant next week as well. The owner is going to take us on a tour. Patty is an awesome lady with a wonderful restaurant

At least there were no bear bubbles in the Grizzly Hot-tub ;) What amazing creatures. We had a pair of Mallard ducks use our pool as a respite on the trip north, and a big burly raccoon kept circling the pool hoping they would be dumb enough not to keep paddling to the far side. Why raccoons don't rule the earth!

@@bigbearweatherandmore6621 My grandsons just today went to Eugene Oregon's raptor rescue center, and one of those big white owls, tamed and trained, flew to and landed on a post about 12 inches from my daughters head, gave her serious chills. I was living in BB when they brought the bears to the zoo, they had traffic control and everything so they would not have additional stress.

It’s such a wonderful thing that this zoo does for animals literally the best zoo in terms of the treatment and why they exist. I hope you had a happy Easter today, my friend. They really do a good service at the zoo, I also remember seeing the bears in the new enclosure the adult would go up the tree and sit up there just looking out to the mountains to the west I wished I could have read the bears mind. 5 years ago they have a whole bunch of wolves like 2 packs on different cages and they are huge also 2 big mountain lions. Are they still there?

Hey there, my good friend atreyu. I don’t remember seeing the mountain lions but I know I recorded every single cage that they have there and I hate saying cage but that’s what it is I’m pretty sure we saw a couple wolfs Wow what a good questions I can’t believe I’m forgetting this, even though it wasn’t that long ago but I’m almost 100% certain we saw some wolves. I know for a fact we saw some coyotes, and that didn’t impress me too much because I see them every day in town literally every single day. The other day I saw a couple babies and my goodness they were so adorable. They really were. Hope you’re doing well, my friend. Thanks for the question. I wish I had a photographic memory.

@@SHEEPHORNsummer first of all, Moonridge I am unbelievably loving the fact that you got my back like that. I got your back the same way so Dan is actually a pretty good dude and I know what he was referring to. He was referring to when my wife and I were driving through moonloaf, we crossed a little stream, and she couldn’t get the right words out. She was thinking panning for gold, but she said people could probably come panhandling here and I started laughing my ass off and a lot of people got a kick out of it but I believe Dan when he said, that’s what he was referring to. He gets the benefit of the doubt. Yes, my wife was talking about panning for gold, but she was calling it panhandling hahahahah. Once again, Moonridge, I promise you if you ever need someone beat up, I got you covered lolol. I might be a little, but my 20 years in and out of mix, martial arts and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu I definitely suffer from Napoleon syndrome and my temper is still there, but I have really weighed it in big time the past 10 years. But you defending me because I saw it earlier and I got a phone call right before I was going to respond and then I didn’t get to the response right away but yes that’s what I’m hoping Dan was referring to. Otherwise I guess I would be the only person who works 100 hours per week during this time of year who is considered a panhandler
