When they say it's always bigger in Texas, they mean it! we have spent the most time in Texas partly due to the national parks we visited and camped at and partly due to how grand and vast Texas is! We fell in love with the open roads, beautiful scenery, and very apparent southern hospitality.
While camping at Big Bend, we saw cows, Javelinas, and a massive wind storm which the rangers said usually acts up most when the weather changes unexpectedly (95º to 65º the following day!)
Join us as we travel the backroads of Big Bend National Park in Texas and head off to our next National Park: Hot Springs in Arkansas.
