I don't think Nintendo knows what to do with F-Zero. People say they want more, but they never say what they want more of the game. Nintendo may seem corporate at times, but they do care what people think of their games. Just some food for thought
@@gabobei1991 I want the treatment Mario Kart got in terms of online and offline play for the F-Zero franchise (as in grand prix is a 4 player offline mode, stable online racing, etc.) and honestly with how great the race tracks are in Mario kart 8 imagine some of the crazy ideas Nintendo could come up with in the F-Zero franchise both new ideas and old.
@@RandomElk58 hey cut Link some slack man, he's through a lot! Deranged psychos, deformed Bokoblins, armored arachnids, evil kings, nasty witches, a crazy kid, a mask and the freaking moon to name a few.
That’s actually a great way of describing Call and Response, and other forms of interactions with different instruments. Call and Response is used a lot in Jazz, and used oftenly as well in rock.
I wish Nintendo stopped these copyright strikes, literally who benefits from it? The fans can't listen to their music, there won't be any new fans introduced to the series, so there goes free advertising, Nintendo was already taking the ad money, so they're also losing on that, the uploader never got any money anyway, and it's not like Nintendo will ever sell an alternative method of listening to these. I hope this will actually cause the same sort of shitstorm that the national dex caused
@@AlexKiddGaming I dont know if it's ok or not. I guess they arent "profiting" from them so it under fair use as long as the original owners are being credited.
Miyamoto: Why make another F-Zero if there's nothing new to add to the gameplay? Also Miyamoto: Now you can can race on upside down tracks in Mario Kart!
Well Xenoblade & fire emblem don't sell that well from what I heard but Nintendo supports those series heavily maybe to much in fire emblems case Nintendo just doesn't know what to do because the series peaked at gx&ax from what I heard
I truly believe Mario Kart 8 is the best game in the series. Gorgeous visuals, godly music, an amazing roster including Isabelle, the Inklings and Link, beautifully revamped classic courses, increased world-building to add depth to the Mushroom Kingdom, and of course, the inclusion of F-Zero tracks/music. I don't know how Nintendo could possibly top this.
Nintendo didn't know either so instead of trying to make a new game they expanded AGAIN upon MK8, a game that released in 2014 originally and already had one DLC
Nintendo always seem to find a way, the team working on Mario Kart are masters. Nobody knows but if this is how 8 went down, I'm so excited for the new game.
Guitarist and saxophone player try to murder each other. Bassist shows up in final lap version. Everyone has a good time because the end result is fantastic
@@marierenfro8988 Coconut Mall is wayyyy too overrated. MKWii had some other great bangers too other than Coconut Mall. DK Summit, Wario's Gold Mine, Bowser's Castle and Rainbow Road to name a few.
Love it or hate it, this song is spitting sax. Edit: I know someone already made that comment before, but RU-vid deleted the other MK 8 Big Blue ost video that had comment.
Mario Kart 8 Music Devs: ok so we have to make Big Blue sound faithful to the original version while still making it upbeat Mario Kart 8 Saxophonist: Hold my sax Wait, give it back. I need it to play
I would love for this team to get ahold of Dream Chaser and Fire Field. Dream Chaser is overdue for a cover, and Smash's Fire Field cover is rushed to keep it under a minute from when Sakurai liked to compress songs.
This track with the Blue falcon car on 200 cc with the captain falcon amibo costume is the closest to a new F-zero game we shall get. *Now make a new F-zero game I don’t wanna buy a wii (gamecube games work on a wii) to play F-zero*
Never really played F-Zero, but man I would love for Nintendo to make a new one. I guess they feel like it would be out shined by Mario Kart so much that they haven't made a new one. Like MK8D sells like hot cakes, and is the best selling Switch game, so releasing another racing game may just be redundant for business, I mean MK is probably easier to make if I had to guess, and they sell stupidly every time. Maybe well get an F-Zero sometime, but as of now it sadly doesn't seem likely.
RedRide is overrated. This game has more tracks, a better soundtrack (I believe they used a live orchestra for this game), the controls are MUCH better, there’s no Half-Pipes, Deluxe has the Ultra Mini-Turbo, there’s Kart Customization, the stats are more balanced, there’s not that stupid overpowered wheelie, the items aren’t as annoying (I’m looking at you, POW Block, and Storm Cloud) it looks visually nicer, there’s Anti-Gravity, underwater, and gliding, and the retros aren’t just copy and pastes (I also think it’s much more creative and has more soul than MKWii) The only things MKWii has over MK8/MK8D is the roster; which is admittedly MUCH better, and it has more than just one Bowser’s Castle track (also, Wii has arguably the best Bowser’s Castle in the series, up there with N64’s) People only like MKWii for nostalgic purposes, not from a literal straightforward perspective (MK8 and 8D was also better critically received).
A concept for thought: If Smash Ultimate is gonna be the last Smash Bros as Sakurai claims you'd THINK that means Nintendo could go ahead and invest time into a new F-Zero game then... 😒
not gonna lie, i was never a fan of the overuse of saxophone in modern mario games. i was glad when mario got out of its jazz phase with origami king. that being said, the jazz here is absolutely god tier
It didn't go like that. Not everybody wants a new F-Zero game. I mean, do you have any idea how difficult the games are? I can't begin to tell you how many times I died or rage quit.
