Why do we see comments about Randy's body. He doesn't eat challenges every day. He eats healthy AF for most of his other meals. He has a Dietetics degree. He's done videos about this stuff before. He gets bigger during his challenge tours and then goes thru "sexification" to get back in shape. I'm sorry Randy for my diatribe in your comments but I'm tired of seeing people commenting about your size and not the challenge itself.
Im happy to watch you finish the challenge whether you break a record or not. Actually, it's more entertaining when I can see how much you like the food because then I get hungry too. 👊🏾

Im liking that a lot of Randys recent uploads arent ridiculously massive challenges. This looked reasonably sized and delicious, not just 10 pounds of meat slopped onto a plate.

Great video Randy! I had to lol when you said you wanted to try a rib without sauce first and then you dunked it in the beans. Yum!that platter looks so delicious! The Mac & cheese looked so creamy, but I think the brisket may have been my favourite item. I can’t tell for sure, so I’m going to have to come for a visit! This challenge seems to have a godd mix of food. Mr Santell doesn´t work by those standards- he just eat and smash challenges. Have an awesome weekend.
Randyyyy!! Wow, that's A LOT of BBQ!! I have to be in the mood for bbq, but boy does that ever look good! When it comes to bbq, I'm a "sides" guy. I love the beans, collard or mustrd greens and slaw. If I do wind up getting any meat, it's usually chicken thighs with a dry rub. Occasionally a good brisket fits the bill. Okay, let's face it, as long as there's a spicy sauce, I'll probably push myself to dig in! Oooooh! Strawberry shortcake! Okay I'm in, haha! Great job with it all, Brother! Randy, these challenges are becoming way too easy for your skill level. Up the anty. Do more one-on-ones with Brandon Clark or Joel Hansen. That would be a blast to view.
To do bigger challenges, I’d need to start throwing up a lot more than the not at all I do now. As a registered dietitian, I can’t join the “More than 1,000 pukes” club.
I have a question, Randy. Do you ever miss eating on a regular schedule? I know you can't always just pick something up and eat when you're preparing for a challenge right?

Curious if while in the midst of these challenges, you have done various medical tests just to see if they caused spikes in certain levels ie. collesterol Just curious, you’re looking trim.
