Outkast was supposed to be performing at that club, but when they started, the microphones starting giving too much feedback which was making that loud squealing noise. Outkast said they're not going back on stage to perform until the sound situation is fixed. The club owners and security didn't (or couldn't) fix it, but still wanted them to perform. This is when the altercation started. They basically compromised to give back the "show money" and just leave.
