floral staples would hold the back and front of the hat better than hot glue. Also, add lights in the head. Great DIY!

You can use those skeleton hands for your witch to just paint them green, with that glow-in-the-dark paint. plus I’ll be praying for your neighbors from that terrible hurricane and tornadoes.
