DURATION:
All drills are performed 1:1 work to rest ratio. I have found an ideal time is 1 minute of work and 1 minute of active rest while your partner is working.
PROGRESSION:
1. Drag & 1 touch
2. Drag & two-touch
3. Drag & aerial receiving - foot
4. Drag & aerial receiving - thigh
5. Drag & aerial receiving - chest
This drill can be progressed such that all aerial receiving is returned with a volley to partner's hands instead of on the ground.
