Its a studio ..it is secure. To a point. Its not just a warehouse its a fully sound isolated studio.The building across the road seems to be just catering for the crew and maybe props for the show. Look at dj audits, the gate with blackened off is where the exit area is and pool...

I love interactions with film units. The security and sometimes crew members are so dumb and full of self-importance they actually supply excellent content for the videographer without even knowing! FYI - the mud was being pumped into the BB garden for a Glastonbury-style task. They had to wade around and search in the mud to find parts of a tent. The fastest ones to erect it got to go back inside and have an actual bed rather than having to camp outside!
