@@geraldproctor2359if you use Robinhood they have simulated return and you can get an idea what price would equal 100% return. In my strategy I sell half my position at 100% return and let the rest run to higher prices and sell on the way up

Amazing thorough video and work. Thank you The calls for January is someone very knowledgeable about GME IMHO because historically GME always has a run around December because of Christmas. And also historically there's a run in Dec-Jan - Feb.

could be, but if that was the play they're trying to capitalize on, little reason to establish the position now. so I actually would argue it's not specifically to capture that effect.

Why sell your options today? Genuinely asking. I understand that you are here to make money and swing trade but from a technical standpoint if you do TA the chart is screaming for a move next week. Today we close one candle away from a daily macd cross, which every time it happens there is at least a 30% move to the upside. Also rsi just crossed and we are closing to the upside every week. Dont get me wrong, I also swing options. Just with so much time left on your expiry, why sell now? Chart looks good for next week

I believe the GME slow ramp up is a direct result of GME's now abundant cash holdings... The share offerings were bad for meme stock traders, but great for the company in the long run. Given their cash holdings now and their $10/share pricing in April, I'm setting the rock bottom share price at ~$18/share moving forward.

did you see this came in last 10 min of the day: BTO 350x GME 7/19 44p STO 1050x GME 7/19 40p STO 1050x GME 7/19 36p STO 350x GME 7/19 32p for $2.2 million in premium credit So they are betting on price to be above 40 and under 44 (hedge) by 7/19

Some of these big calls could even be UBS. If you were trying to clear up their position fairly slowly how would you do it? bearing in mind they were given 52B by the swiss taxpayer so Switzerland could still have a banking industry and not just cockoo clocks and tiny knives.

hm - with a higher degree of confidence i anticipate volatility to continue expanding into primary expiration cycles. I also expect this new floor to remain until there's some sort of materially different data about the stock that we learn. I also expect high concentrations of options will continue to cause hedging activity that can begin mobilizing price.

and how many double bottoms have you seen in GME that've turned into nothing? i can answer for you because I've synthesized the data for the past 24 years - the percentage of double bottoms that yielded abnormal positive returns for the following timeframes are as follows: 7-Day: 13.35% of total double bottom occurrences 30-Day: 11.86% of total double bottom occurrences 90-Day: 14.62% of total double bottom occurrences TA is designed to analyze supply and demand behaviors of market participants through analyzing price and volume trends. the mechanisms of price movement in GME in no way behave "normally" - this is why i'm always careful to call out that anomaly as I'm reviewing the chart and price behavior.

haha I think of it more as what technical analysis is designed to do - analyze the performance of price and volume, supply and demand. the key movement mechanisms in GME aren't predicated on standard behavior of price and volume. so i draw the distinction because i believe there's a fundamental misalignment with the application of standard TA.
