Finally today I have bought a car and nearly got all my gear back after having the lot nicked I watch this I can not wait to get back out buzzing big time I'm nearly there 🤞
Thanks for the kind comments lads. Much appreciated 🙌 A couple of corrections to the piece. The pic of the Farriers biggun is a fish from Yorkshire. And the pic of a Willows fish is from Emmotland 🤣 No big deal, just crossed wires at the final edit by the lads working on it 👍 Cheers
Top man Mr Crow - Never-mind the nay sayers & the rigs that “ will put more fish on the bank “ .. Time on the bank & the right attitude gets results. Good advice Mr. Crow 🎣👌🏻
Followed Simon for a long time and yes 1 of the best carp anglers we have here in the uk .probably learning his trade from imo THE best carp angler of the modern carp scene/era which is none other than Steve Briggs. Keep it up si top man 👌👍👍
That was a great watch, there is a lot of negative thoughts and jealousy towards most sponsored anglers regarding them having the chance to go fishing for a living, but they have got to that position through dedication and hard work, not to mention the sacrifices they have made. This shows that, well done Simon.
Really enjoyed that, well done guys on a great video and a legend of a carp angler, Big respect for Simon! He won't remember but he published a story I sent in to carpworld back in the day and I won some Nash bait! Great memories 🎣👌
Thanks for this video, answered a lot of questions I would have liked to ask someone like Simon and I prefer his no nonsense and matter fact personality
An amazing watch, say and watched the lot, brilliant, I also agree with the fisherman of today almost start off carp fishing, but some time watching that float for a bit roach or tench is just as good,
Thanks for this great video once again and that comment about you being boring about your your Rigs well they can't be that bad with how many big Carp you've captured with them keep up your great work m8 👍👏
moon phase made me giggle his rgt tho. iv always been put of from a full moon they dont like to be seen i think no moon and cloudy is better prove us wrong lol
There is so much evidence to prove the full moon theory. Invertebrates that live on the lake bed rise to the upper layers on a full moon, creating a feeding frenzy for the fish that usually find them hard to track down and eat. The moon has a gravitational pull on ALL bodies of water from the sea to lakes to garden ponds. I witnessed it first hand in my garden pond with my koi. But, don't take my word for it, ask Terry Hearn, Lewis Read, Darrell Peck and Nick Hellieur.... (and many others) and they will all agree. There IS something in it.
I done 48 hours on chigbro lakes and a local lad was trying to tell me that the one 40lb carp in that lake only comes out on one certain date every year and that he had it twice 😂 I was like ok mate the c#%t must carry a Callander on his fin he had nothing to say after thay funny enough .
