I grew up wrestling throughout my childhood/teenage years, and combat sports are definitely not for everyone. You could always tell immediately on the first day of live wrestling if someone had it or not, and that's assuming they even made it through the first couple weeks of ruthless conditioning. It'd have nothing to do with their physical ability, just the mental aspect and whether or not they truly wanted to fight and had the confidence to do so....Needless to say Alex DOES NOT have the fight in her or confidence within herself needed to be successful within combat sports. But huge props to her for trying, and wishing her the best!
