Sir, I strong agree that equal opportunities should be given in govt institutions to avoid social discrimination but not with the existing formula which we are following for decades. Reforms in the existing reservation system is highly required because there is huge gap in the financial status in the same community..Example: if an Backward community person is a doctor or high profile engineer or High profile salaried person, he will also compete with others in his community whereas people who is suffering with financial crisis is loosing the opportunity is the same community..so I would strongly agree that Reforms in reservation system is highly required...kindly share your views on that..

சார்..😍😍 you are in beast mode.. addressing real problem😍😎 most of the reporters like pandey deviating the context.. Exposureless poor obc candidate can't make a high jump to IIT but a obc candidate with learned background can.. So creamy layer with economic criteria is a bane. Rather existing social criteria would continue..

Eg. One Schedule Class UPSC student is getting a job as a IAS officer. even though he is a IAS officer his son/daughter will get all government benefit as a SC student. but other class talent with poor student will not get any benefit. finally he will work in any private sector or he/she will go to any other country. so we need priority for talent nor caste.

Sir....reservation affects lots of people especillaly oc castes....but in oc cast also we can see much number of poor families but they not considered into account because of their caste....in most of the dist. the lifestyle of sc gets improved only through reservation...but we r seeing everything in one view....so that other community gets affected In my point i will say that reservation not be provided based on caste...but to be provided based on EWS...so that poverty can be eradicated .

Hi Sir, I feel this is an indirect attempt to curb the reservation percentage given to OBC category and move it to General. If this new policy gets implemented, considerable percentage of people will be moved from OBC category to General. So, in future, it will be easy for the government to reduce the % given to OBCs citing the under consumption statistics. Further, at that point of time, strength of people opposing that move would be reduced as most of the OBCs will be in creamy layer.

If they want to scrap the reservation then they should do it irrespective of the community. In all communities there are poor and rich people. So they may give reservation based on economic conditions irrespective of their communities else simply abolish the reservation for all. Your speech is indeed good.

Perfect 100% marks shall be considered to be a pass percentage. Anything less than 100% is sub-standard. If considered, Where there is a need for the reservation? We should Change the evaluation methods/systems and treat every-one at par. First of all Evaluating an individual based on marks is a sheer foolish act. Instead, we should Create more/ better opportunities. Why should all compete for an IAS/a MBBS/ a BE or a mundane mediocre govt servant.

Sir kindly clarify my doubt. My mother is a govt teacher who was recruited as group C and now promoted to group B, and now earning more than 8Lakh per annum. I father is working in private firm as a teacher. Will I come under OBC NC category. Waiting for your reply. Thanks in advance 😊

Suppose due to this bill, if OBC seats 27% are not filled due to ineligible candidate, Q1) will those un-filled seats add to Total vacancy list for next year or will it be added to OBC vacancy list for next year? Q2) Sir, looks like this plan is to stop OBC qualified candidates to fill 27% and also if they implement this as law, then there won't be enough eligible OBC candidates to fill the full 27%. The bad intentions are nothing but to stop aspiring candidates from obc to get into higher education and grade 1 jobs. Only if an obc family earn that much as 8-10 lakh annum they could think of putting their children in coaching centers and take admissions in IIMs IITs. Now by that NCL thing they have created hindrance. Similar thing put for Schedule classes and have put restrictions in scholarships for this classes. An recent analysis state after 70 years of time only in last decade people from these deprived classes are taking higher education in more number 40% in rise. Already have limited reservations to be within 50% and later snatched 5%, 3%, 2% from these reservations and have made all new 10% for mere non existent upper poors. All those implemented without following any procedures and norms over night. When obc reservations was brought many commissions were set, census and other statistics were taken, discussed by media and public, tabled in houses of parliament and only was made as an act. Now when you tamper it all of this needs there again. When you bring in new reservation slab again it need. Barbaric.

You are wrong, for government employees who are working as class C grade, salary is not counted. For private employees only salary is counted. Don't panic the students. Please 🙏

Hi sir govt teacher children's comes under creamy or non creamy group

Sir, Why cant we have a system were all the BC students who are less privileged in society to get excellent education right from day 1 and let the government spend enough money on them and then equip them to compete in open competition. If this is followed, then every 15 to 20 years all the students who got excellent schooling will be to moved to open competition category and BC students who are will get good schooling. This approach will ensure a wide spread benefit among BC community. Your thoughts to this suggestion is much appreciated.

Thank you for the update sir. Upon bringing this new provision, would the family income include the income of an individual (the one who is writing upsc), if he is a salaried professional? Earlier you said it won't be included. But with this new provision would they include our salaried income too ? And I would like to mention that, today I got a chance to watch one of the Jaya TV show hosted by Ms.Varalaxmi and you were speaking about Moore island on that show. Co incidentally , I was studying physical geography of India and noticed the same point lectured by Byjus. I remember the river Subarnareka and the surrounding areas by recalling your efforts for flood relief during your time there. Reservation paava patavangaluku Thana help aavanum. Ilati equality poidum la. Equality ah than improve panranga pola. Though I am also denied quota, I think OBC NCL is good. Because economically weaker people may be preferred more. As a person willing to improve my nation, I should accept constructive changes. I shouldn't be just selfish for my quota. Vote bank ethirpakura katchigalam bayanthitu equality ah spread panama vitruvangala irukum. Apdi paatha, Central seem to be bold. SC, ST and ecomically weaker people may have to be given more importance. That is what seem to be done.

Dear Sir I agree with your Cobra Effect and the same is not good. But I am disagreeing with you on OBC class change rule which is good for BPL class. We should not come to conclusion on Group A and Group B officer alone who's numbers are restricted where as private employment only more. How a person acting as GM, Manager in IT company, Sr Manager in Multinational earning more salary can be retained in Non Creamy layer. Apart from that your peon/ Constable contention does not hold good because these people while crossing one lac near retirement may be having son and daughter most of them married and crossed age of employment crossing education, even for them al also after retirement when they are drawing pension they are again going back to OBC. How as Resigned IAS officer you can have a short closer vision depriving real BPL class benefits to get delayed. Had government kept same numbers of 8 lacs then you can raise a grudge but when it is being raised to 12 lacs still your contention is wrong sir. Unfortunately India is big population country and more people are studying and only more BPL reservation government can cover other poor peoples also. You have to revisit your views and thinking with BPL people in mind.
