Probeer wat constanter te trappen dan ga je minder energie verspillen omdat je minder watt trapt en het constant is. Ik heb het over de beklimming in minuut 16-17
@@RideWithGerben I’m kind of new to Zwift and I honestly don’t know of the ways people cheat. The only way I can think of is by racing with an E-bike. Cause if you lie about your weight that will hinder you on flats and downhill. And at the end of the day, you still have to put out the watts.
@@frantheman4597 Low weight, more W/K, and thus you are faster even on downhills. E-bikes also quite often spotted in races. It's a bit of wild wild west in A cat!
@@RideWithGerben my understanding is that, w/k without actual good watts does not help. I know it really helps to go uphill if you’re a light rider but then you’ll be slower on flats and downhill.
