Sometimes you're forced to, like if there's a badly calibrated sensor and you're riding a motorcycle, so there should be an exception there. But other than that... why are you opposed to the enforcement of traffic laws? If they're super anal retentive, like if you go a centimeter over a crosswalk it fines you, then that would be an understandable concern. But your example is actually a GOOD thing.

Yes, but that's a horrible example of his accent. I pronounce it Day-ta, as do plenty of other Americans. Not sure what this guy's issue is, he apparently doesn't get out much. Not that there's really an excuse, given that he's on the internet right now and it's kinda hard to NOT hear someone pronounce it that way.
