Great kichen - love the island and the deep sink. Plenty of cabinet space but would opt into wood shelving in pantry, closets and utility shelf. (Not spoiled...just practical). Awesome master bath!! The shower is beautiful and the vanity is as well. Great tour, Dave...thanks!

I like this house a lot, I just wished that the primary suite wasn't in the living room!!! My favorite rooms are the kitchen & the primary ensuite...

Thank you for your comment and for taking the tour! The great thing about Deer Valley Home Builders are how customizable they are! You can totally make changes to the home that would allow for you not to the Master bed entrance right off the living room!

You should say the price of the home so we don't waste your time or ours. We understand pricing might be different due to upgrades or location, but I'd like an estimated price.

I work for a specific company and I have restrictions from posting princing online. If I traveled from lot to lot and that was all I did, then I would definitely post pricing for everyone. I hope you understand.
