i would love to see a hair fix of Rapunzel. I have such a Rapunzel Doll too, this Dolls are so huge that they can wear real baby clothes, that's what i love about them. Rapunzel is my Favorit disney Princess together with Ariel

Hello miss amazing i had several posable dolls when i was younger. I was born and raised in the carnival business and lots of midway games gave them as prizes in the 60s and 70s. They were even center pieces at some of our banquet and ball events. I had ornate ones that had marabou feathers. I loved them. I went on the road and worked the summer i turned 15 with my grandparents. My mom remodeled my room and they were gone. Was very sad. I hope you find more of them and the special one you are looking for.

I saw the Naomi doll in the thumbnail, and I can't empathize how lucky of a find she is! I very rarely find any good finds, or even any Rainbow High dolls at thrift stores, and I am so jealous that you were able to find an extra Naomi in the wild like that! In case you know, the Storm Twins are my favorite dolls of all line, my personal comfort characters/dolls, and I own 5 sets of them as well as a custom doll car that I made of their Jeep. I would be so intensely happy if I ever found any extra Storm Twins while thrifting, honestly! If only I could have that kind of incredible luck someday!🖤💜

I also have grabbed a couple RH thrifting. They were ones I didn't have though, but in the past would've just passed on. But now that the old RH is done & SH dead ( RIP😢), I won't be passing them up. I can't believe how much I love RH & SH... I didn't plan on becoming a doll collector just 5 yrs ago. And even then, just a few Barbies & Ken's to go with my Barbie house. I got the RH closet for my Barbies. Then got a couple RH dolls to try them.....well, they became a drug. Now, it's like MGA is giving us baby aspirin 🤣 we still have our collection to enjoy, but we know part of the high is the hunt, the unboxing, the hair wash, the excitement of that new doll in your hands you've wanted. So, yes, thrifting is good replacement. Sometimes better, if you find a gem or grail item.

With Bradley the first ones were made in Japan next Hong Kong, then Korea. The very earliest Japan posable dolls have celluloid bases, hand painting not screened. I have had music box dolls too. My favorites are the ones on chairs, the wooden leg chairs are earlier. The first dolls did not have an importer name on them, just a Japan sticker. Please check into joining The United Federation of Doll Clubs even as a member at large. The magazine is worth it alone and full of information you will not find on the internet or in many books. We need younger people like you who are interested in doll research as we are all aging out.

LOL, I bought my first Liddle Kiddle just recently...mine is mint with shoes, and I found her in Japan, where weirdly, they're not as expensive. Mine has a gimmick that you move her arms and her legs 'walk' but the rubber doesn't bend, so I don't think they're wired. Also, I have a friend who makes historical costumes and he bought that huge Rapunzel, but he's dressed her in a compelte outfit from the 17th century...

Recently I had such a full circle moment because of you ☺️ I never knew posh pets barbie existed, and I fell in love for her real bad watching your videos, specifically the one you unbox her, and I recently found one and I payed 12 euros for her, almost complete, only missing the cat’s fur and I’m so happy haha just needed to let you know, you made me chase her and I finally have her 🎉😅💕

Ahhh I'm so glad you found her - and for such a steal too!! Congratulations!! If you're wanting to make her some fur, I just used a maribou feather trim I bought at the fabric store and tied it into place. It's not immediately obvious that it's not the original either (:

Funny enough, I thrifted the same Rapunzel doll few weeks ago. It was in worse condition and it took me 6 hours to brush her insane long matted hair. Almost lost my sanity. I’m happy with the results now, but I dont’ think I’d do this again. Anyways, have fun renovating her, good luck! And please document the process 😎✨✨

I would love that big doll. I have the big Rainbow High Amaya, & love her. Some 18 " doll clothes fit her & that's fun. But the one you got, you could probably use regular kid clothes. But keeping her in her dress is cute too.

Such fun finds! I'm FINALLY getting the hang of knowing the Liv lines by individual clothing and nude dolls alone. I have way too many 1st edition Sophie pieces, including the skirt xD The Alexis you weren't sure on was 1st edition minus the wig and pants, but the red headband is hers! I'd so kill for the Velvet doll in the crocheted dress under the Barbie car as well as the Powerpuff Girls in the case & the Wee 3 Friends set you snagged, especially because W3F shares the same body as What's Her Face dolls with exception of the fact that W3F has bendable legs. I'd also recommend a line called Stacie Star Team! They share the same head mold/faces as W3F and have basically the same body, except they also have an elbow joint! Also also the Betty with the newer face is from around 2007 btw

I just went thrifting yesterday! I got a big bag of DC Superhero Girls with all the clothes and shoes but not very many accessories though. (There were 2 Supergirls, Wonder Woman, Batgirl, and Bumblebee). I also got a Cassandra plush doll from Tangled the Series and a Tessa Park! Poor Tessa’s hair has seen better days, it was very frizzy. I washed, brushed, and braided it but it still needs work.

29:18 This doll is an Emo Girlz (Emotional Charged Teenagers) those dolls were sold in dollars stores although from my research I saw that they were only found at Family Dollar. These dolls were controversial at the time due to their name but nonetheless they are very beautiful dolls ♥️

Awh I wanna go doll shopping here 😩we have NOTHING like this in the uk. All of our charity shops just have the cheap fake barbies… rarely do they have cool finds. The antique shops have a selection sometimes but they’re way overpriced.

Princess and Me was the line of 18in Disney Princess dolls. I don't remember what the 3ft ones are called -- if anything -- though. I have the Elena in that size (because of course I do!) and when I bought her my friend was like, "where is that child going to sleep?" XD I ended up having to fix up her hair because it was so NOT show accurate and it bothered the crap outta me.

I’d love to see the rapunzel restoration! I have the same rapunzel that i got from a yard sale, she was in almost pristine condition aside from her hair which was a little messed up but i managed to fix when i found her. Its been a while though, so i plan on re-fixing her hair soon, as well

I am not covering nor buying products from the company due to their CEO’s loud stances supporting the aggressors of the genocide happening (these statements are all over his LinkedIn). I love the dolls, they’re absolutely stunning. They sent me the slime dolls to review at some point last year but I decided that I will no longer be covering or purchasing their products until they rescind/apologize for those statements and/or the genocide is stopped.

I have mini pony collector's guide for My Little Pony, it's not up to date but it has many of the blind bags. I got mine from the Dollar Tree a few years back now, it kind with a Pinkie Pie. Idk if you can still find it thou, but I found it helpful for the random Ponys
