So glad you stayed with leaf springs and simplicity!! Also like that you kept the leaf hangers tucked up behind the bumper!! Super clean simple kit!! And finally i really like the 2wd frames tucked up out of site as compared to post 89 Chevy pickup 4x4 frames!! Someday I'll get my van done..😅.

Just came across this channel I have a lifted all wheel drive Chevy Express with a very nice suspension lift and Dana 60 in the rear with a G80! I also have a 99 Chevy Express High Top that I want to lift and put a Dana 60 in as well or a semi float with a locker.

I have watched every video y'all have made and love the content. It is nice to have someone out there that shows you how to do work like this on vans. Information on these vans seems to be less and less these days. Thanks for keeping the dream alive! I currently own an 86 chevy g30 that I would eventually like to do a 4x4 swap on. I was wondering if you had any suggestions on front end, rear end and transfer case to run for the swap? Would any parts from an old chevy square body work?

Just a thought Justin , could you not make some plates for the front rear axle spring mounts , to move the springs down and rearward . Drill some 1/2” holes which is smaller than the stock bolt , in the new plates to give you some additional adjustability . You would use 2 bolts one on the inside plate and one on the outside plate , then when all is correct you weld the plates in .

where do you get all your parts from? online a lot of stores sell parts for the Trucks, but aren't listed as "will fit" for the vans. Do you know which truck parts will work on the vans? PS. I have a 91 G2500 5.7 with 700r4

Do y’all have a stock 87 grille? Stacked quad headlights, with signals in the grille? And willing to ship? I can’t find a reman, and I’m not positive a c/k grill will work, even though I’ve read that physically it will

So cool... That long van is tits, man. Personally, I usually run 1" higher in the rear then when the van is loaded it sits level. Ever get the "Technical Difficulty" T-shirts did? I want to do a straight axle swap on my 4x4 Astro So I'm looking forward to what you guys come up with for that - Who knows maybe I can drive out and you can do two at the same time, one you'd get paid for :D
