Congrats Jammy!!! Yes I very much agree, make it fully furnished, its easier to lease it out. Ganyan hinahanp ng karamihan ng lessee ngayon. Just be very careful when choosing your tenants, marami ang scammer even if those lease are being arranged and managed by the condo admin itself. Leasing out units for almost 7 years now, and sadly I've encountered at least 2 tenants na pasaway talaga. Congrats again on your big girl investment! 🌎🥰

Whats the size of the ikea bed and the mattress?

Congratulations on your investement! You do not need to elaborate when you say “Rockwell”. It automatically means quality and very good security. However, the location is not really “ideal” for students. They say that there’s a free shuttle to Katipunan but the traffic there is terrible. Students prefer to just walk going to school when they live in a condo. I hope you find a tenant soon! Classes will start in about 2 weeks. 😁
