The best mechanical gocart I have seen. Would of loved this machine when I was a kid. You are a mechanic! You should have a shop company just making the ideal dream machine for young people.

You possess excellent skills in building this go kart. I have engineering background so I noticed some of the components could have been better designed for strength and durability.According to your video all welding seems spot welds.For strength it should be continuous welding especially the chassis.With no proper suspension everything will fall apart over the time.The front axles will break too.Sorry for pointing out faults.As mentioned before you have excellent overall skills so I am sure you can improve your design.Wish you best
I have no engineering background but from the first moment i know this will be easy to breakdown, but maybe what we saw here is just for a show after that maybe he strenghten it to be more proper
I have IMAGINED in building my very own go cart, years ago! And never had the equipment or the materials, did have PLENTY OF TIME but just never followed through and just left it that, then. And now, I just saw someone else build it. The design of my go cart is much different than the one in the video? But it did and does look good for the person, in the video, who built it 👍

Fabulous just needs out riggers to drop down and your floating then electric riggers motors for propulsion and you made basically a true all terrain homebuilt love the big wheels 👍 😀
But the kart won’t turn properly because both rear wheels will run the same speed when making a turn. There is no differential. Inner and outer wheels travel in a different size radius when turning. So this thing will only want to go straight or have a huge turning radius.

Brilliantly designed and built,the only concern I have is the spot welding especially on the chassis,continuous welds would have been a lot stronger but otherwise a great job.
You would be amazed how strong lots of spot welding is! Lots of welding machines are only made two do spot welding! They are made to do spot welds. Spot welds do you go all the way through the material! Sue you can weld all the way across the material with lots of spot welds. So it can be plenty strong!!
गाड़ी से छोटी हो या बड़ी उसमें जंपर होना जरूरी होती है जंपर के सिवा गाड़ी की बॉडी सुरक्षित नहीं रह सकती जोड़ के वेल्डिंग छूट जाती है या तो चेसिस खराब हो जाएगी मुझे जंपर कहीं पर भी दिखाई नहीं दिए वह चीज है जरूरी है यह प्रयोग हम कर चुके हैं बाकी आप का जुगाड़ हमारे मन को बहुत भाया बहुत खूब बधाई हो आपके कारीगरी को सलाम
Seen many of this homebuilt go karts. While it looks fun to ride, this could have been done a lot easier and works more efficiently. This gokart will mot be able to navigate any tight corners or sharp turns. This is because there is no differential driving the rear wheels so both wheels will be turning at the same speed which is what you don’t want when making a turn. A go kart with this kinda of tear axle will need to lift the inside rear wheel to negotiate a sharp corner. This can only be achieved be altering the front height of the chassis when the steering is turned.My advice to anyone starting a project like this is to get some pictures or diagrams of a professional racing kart beforehand. The theory for the rear builds are similar but the front is more complicated. If not, your go kart will always only want to go straight and will never be able to take sharp turns or drive in small circles.

Yes I agree with NUT...very good skills, but I too noticed the spot welding and the lack of suspension support or lack of it...very rigid...and will eventually fall apart with stress cracking
