Then second autopsy/coroner says pneumonia, even tho you can hear the dispatcher and emt on the scene said cardiac arrest, which isn’t on the autopsy report as cause of death! I’ve had ex gf’s poison me, drug me numerous times, left me for dead. Finally, one time I made myself go to hospital to prove it & hospital covered it up.
