People throw around “underrated” a lot, to the point that it’s lost meaning. But Big K.R.I.T is thee DEFINITION of underrated. I put 4eva on par with TPAB any day of the week.

KRIT, man. You prolly wont read this but I gotta say this anyway. Thank you for all the amazing life-changing music you've made. Ive gone through a lot of dark times in my life where I'd lose myself. But your music is like a guiding light to me. It brings me back to a place where I can embrace my true self and strive everyday to become a better and more genuine version of myself. I cant thank you enough. I have no idea where I'd be if I didnt have your music be my personal place of solace and consolation and motivation.
Malcolm Wade I agree. Same with B.o.B (especially since he's so aware now). When the artist is writting their lyrics, making beats, etc., then they really have full creative control and can approach the song from more aspects. Makes the song that much more personal because the listener gets much more from the mind of that artist. K.R.I.T. 4Evaaaa! Yeee.

KRIT reps the south the best since young TIP. The flows, the accents, the beats, the way that shit knocks in your ride and he gives you the soul all at once. The South definitely has one!! 🙌🏼

man as a huge krit fan, it makes me mad that he aint popping like he should.. dude is dead ass top 5/10 out for the last few years and dont get hardly enough shine.. kinda wish he collabed with bigger relevant artist and capitalized better on timing, like after the bad ass bet performance there for sure should of been a single dropped shortly after. i am not hating at all im just saying i wish his commercial success matched his talent
Yeah, it's strange a guy of his caliber is still underground. He still has a solid fanbase but he should be up there with Kendrick by now. Krit is versatile enough to make bangers and conscious tracks.

You trippin. I think Krit is bigger than you think. What you have to look at is that most of his following was organic. His skill level, consistency, work ethic and creativity makes him top 5/10 out of his generation to me. Not his fanbase. He's right were he needs to be and I'm sure he aint hurtin for money. That's what allows him to make great music because he still has a bit of a chip on his shoulder which breeds hunger. Krit is dope and that's all that matters!
