@@TheForestMori I'm a realtor and a home artist, I know what you're feeling, I swear XD But super happy for you in like a month or two, hopefully you feel back to normal (if not faster :)
I am in the process of moving countries and then cities in a week so this video made me feel like I have a comrade T T I love being an analog person but it is a pain when moving!!! love your videos so much! always beings me great comfort
Sometimes the Universe forces us out of our comfort zone, because there's something better at the other end of all the chaos. Sounds like your old landlord was breaking the law. Check your local laws, but there has to be a limit to how much they can raise the rent on you. In any event, sounds like a better situation now, all in all. Enjoy your new space. Congratulations! 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thank you!! 😭💖 You're right - the move was very sudden and scary but I am really enjoying my new space now. About the rent, it's actually in my lease that the landlord is allowed to 'review and revise' my rent every 6 months if needed. I made it clear that I wanted a stable tenancy when I rented and it seemed like that was what the landlord was looking for as well, so I signed it with the expectation of rent revision once a year or something. Did not expect it to be as frequent as every 6 month, and they made sure they kept it just under the allowed increase rate too 🥲 In hindsight I should have discussed the terms better before signing! Lesson learnt!
Is that the koala gold out bed couch?? If so, how is it? I’ve been looking at getting the queen one for our place but I haven’t actually seen anyone with one yet lmao
Yes it's the Koala Sofa Bed! i have the queen one and it's so comfortable as a bed! Feels like a real good quality matress. Super easy to assemble too and it was delivered the next day so I was very impressed!
77 dollars to go up a lift?! If they had to carry heavy equipment up the stairs that would be one thing but literally walking into a lift? That’s gonna be a no from me.
The equipment is literally just a backpack vacuum and carpet steamer on wheels 😰 plus the distance between the carpark - lift - apartment is easily less than 50 steps.....
