Thank you for your honesty about your decision. The teaching profession will always be there, and I applaud your decision to stay home to take care of Nora. It is about protecting your peace and realizing that it is okay to step away from the clasaroom. Breast for for 2 years, was not easy. But got it done. I’m currently a kinder teacher, was a stay at home mom for 6 years. My son is in school now, so I’m teaching 😊

I’ve been wondering if you would return to work. I didn’t have the option to stay home with my son and it was so difficult to return. When my second child was born I just couldn’t return to teaching. I stayed home with the two for 3 years and loved it. I returned the year before my first went into kindergarten to bring them to work. Now we all go to school together and it is great.

So happy you’re able to stay home! I did with my kids and then went back to teaching when they were older. I never regretted that decision. Being a momma is the most important thing to me, and I’m so thankful I was able to raise my babies! ❤️

So happy for you to stay home with your love bug! I love hearing your mommy journey. You look great! 🤩 And yes, breastfeeding in itself is a full time job and can make you stir crazy as you figure things out. I'm glad you found what wasn't working for you. I remember being a first time mom doing so much research and thinking, "when we get a routine down, parenthood for us will be easier, and we'll be pros before we know it." TUHHH! (laughing at myself) And then our daughter became a 1 year old, then a 3 year old, then a 6 year old, and now almost a 10 year old, and the truth is - adapting is constant because they grow! Sometimes simply accepting that babies/children are not easy and motherhood is hard isn't enough because having a reason feels better. But the reality is, it's forever changing and a blessing. And you are rocking it! 👊🏽

Glad to see you all are doing well! I’d love to see a breastfeeding video. My baby girl is due in November and I plan to exclusively breastfeed!

Maybe you can go back after she starts school/Preschool.
