I bet a single lawyer could be secured by 20-30 people to each start a $10,000 small claims court case. That’s $300k or so, enough to possibly require the AH to sell the house at the heart of the matter. Or do they exist somewhere that has no lawyers who want to file against jerks and make lots of money?
Story 2, I heard about this man years back, as the story goes he couldn't stand Blue jays, so he sat on his porch drinking and killed quite a few, not sure anymore the exact number but at least 8+, well the neighbors heard the gun shots, he bragged about shooting them, needless to say the neighbors knew something he didn't, blue jays are considered an ornamental species an hence protected now, he was told 500 per bird he admitted to killing or jail time, well he was kinda forced into jail time because he was to broke to pay the fine. I hate to admit it that I despise those birds as well because of how vicious they are while eating at the bird feeder in.
